By downloading or using Synastrix, you agree to these terms between you and Sylphi, LLC ("Sylphi", "we", "our", or "us"). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Synastrix is an astrology compatibility app for entertainment purposes. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or rate limits
Use automated means to make requests to our API

2. Premium Subscription

Synastrix offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks AI Deep Reading features.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to your selected plan (monthly or annual).
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

3. AI-Generated Content

The AI Deep Reading feature generates compatibility interpretations using a third-party AI service. This content:

Is generated for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as factual, scientific, or professional advice
Is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, psychological advice, or any other professional service
May vary between requests for the same inputs
Is subject to availability of third-party AI services

4. Disclaimers

Synastrix and all its compatibility scores, interpretations, and AI readings are provided for entertainment purposes only. Astrology is not a science. Do not make significant life decisions based on compatibility scores or AI readings.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific features will remain available.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sylphi, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Synastrix, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any decisions made based on app content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Synastrix app, its design, code, and all content created by Sylphi, LLC are protected by copyright. The "Synastrix" name and visual identity are proprietary. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an app update. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sylphi, LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
